Originally registered on 26 January 2000 as Mathira Coffee Farmers SACCO Ltd, the society later became Mathira Farmers Sacco before adopting the ENEA SACCO name in September 2012.
Today, ENEA supports members with savings, credit and farmer-focused services, and is licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA).
